An incomparable Minecraft server with exceptional roles
EPM Resort encompasses a unique offer in the world in Minecraft: a seasonal theme park, the Rulantica water world open all year round, high-class shows and events, lovingly themed 4* (superior) hotels, the Camp Resort with tipi tents, covered wagons and log cabins in a Wild West style, as well as Europa-Park Camping.
Selected divisions
At EPM Resort, all teams work hand in hand to make magic possible in Minecraft. While some ranks are dedicated to a particular area and the operational departments located on the Europa-Park server, Rulantica, etc., some ranks compass the entire Resort.
Technical & Engineering
In the Technical & Engineering department, it is all about the technical work. Maintenance, repairs, redstone circuitry, command blocks: the technicians may not be in direct contact with the players, but their activities are essential to keep up the EPM magic.
Guest Relations
At the heart of EPM and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Guest Relations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. Our servers have a daily availability of 99% speaks volumes: They meet high demands day after day. Whether it’s guiding a lost player, guiding a future applicant or ensuring security at a major event: the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Guest Relations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction between all the ranks to keep things running.
Entertainment
The ‘Entertainment’ department of EPM Resort brings together the skills of entertainment, events, sound and lighting department. Confertainment customers also call on artists and technicians to provide an ideal setting for their evening or event.
Security & Support
The support team monitors the various servers, keeps a cool head in case of emergencies and solves small conflicts. They take care of the safety of our players as well as our team.
Digital & Research
The ‘Digital & Research’ department combines the digital expertise from accross the EPM Group. Digital & Research is innovative, creative at the same time driven by numbers. The Management thinks, feels and lives digitally, all without losing sight of the players, and has set itself the focus of digitally extending the customer experience to before, during and after the visit through the video game.
IT
IT is responsible for the entire EPM Resort and looks after all aspects of the IT infrastructure. It develops high-performance networks and maintains the high availability of our servers.
EPM Solutions
The concepts and designs of new projects are developed by EPM Emotioneers, while the technical realization and construction is coordinated by EPM Solutions (construction management). EPM’s exuberance is also reflected directly in its construction projects. No two projects are alike, and they are supervised from the first idea to completion by teams of architects, technicians and decorators.
Management
The members of the management team ensure that all the needs and requests of the team are perfectly taken care of. From induction training via the internal academy, requests for disability accommodation, to requests concerning schedules: the administrative department is your contact point. Diversity is far from being a simple marketing term for us: with no less than 45 members from more than 5 different nations, we live in practice every day.
