Our Europa-Park server is a theme park of superlatives: it is one of the most popular servers and by far the largest theme park in Germany. In addition, with over 20,000 players a year, it is one of the busiest seasonal parks in the world.
The park opened in 2015 on the server and is made up of 15 European themed areas. With over 30 attractions and shows, we guarantee tons of the fun and entertainment for young and old on an area of over 95 hectares. Over 30 different gastronomy outlets pamper the players with international dishes and sweet treats.

Every day, dozens of people are taking care of smooth operations and are ensuring the best possible experience for our players, whether behind the scenes or in direct contact with players.
Guest Relations
At the heart of EPM is the ‘Guest Relations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. Our servers have a daily availability of 99% speaks volumes: They meet high demands day after day. Whether it’s guiding a lost player, guiding a future applicant or ensuring security at a major event: the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Guest Relations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction between all the ranks to keep things running.
Entertainment
The ‘Entertainment’ department of EPM Resort brings together the skills of entertainment, events, sound and lighting department. Confertainment customers also call on artists and technicians to provide an ideal setting for their evening or event.
Technical & Engineering
In the Technical & Engineering department, it is all about the technical work. Maintenance, repairs, redstone circuitry, commandblocks: the technicians may not be in direct contact with the players, but their activities are essential to keep up the EPM magic.
