- You like to guide lost players.
- You know exactly how to captivate our youngest players.
- Your sense of hospitality makes every attraction visit a unique experience on our server.

- You are passionate about Europa-Park Resort or theme parks in general
- You are able to identify the needs of our players and adapt to each situation
- You are open-minded and a team player

- You are at least 14 years old
- Good manners hold no secrets for you
- It’s a matter of honour: you’re always there when we need help
- Knowledge of French and/or German is desirable

Europa-Park
The attractions and shows form the core of EPM. A team of passionate animators, choreographers, sound and light technicians are dedicated to creating exciting shows and events. With their creativity, they are able to reproduce both real shows and original creations.
Rulantica
Whether for adrenaline junkies, for toddlers or for those skeeing relaxation – the water world offers a suitable attraction for everyone. On an area of over 32,600 m², 12 themed setting offer entertainment and fun for young and old with their 30 slides and attractions. The team of facilitators may be asked to guide lost players or to orient a future candidate who would like to join the team.
Discord
‘Guest Relations’ on Discord means monitoring the community, guiding and guiding our players or advising future candidates who would like to join our team. The support team is there for players who are lost or need special assistance, e.g. due to a penalty for an offence or a technical problem connecting to us.

The EPM Resort comprises a worldwide unique Minecraft server consisting of Europa-Park, Rulantica, Eatrenalin, the 4* (superior) hotels, the Camp Resort, Europa-Park Camping and numerous restaurants, all faithfully reproduced in the famous cube game.
